What is BWRT?

‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that doesn’t require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist, and is carried out in a completely conscious state. It doesn’t use hypnosis or any mystical concepts - it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and only needs you to know what you want to change in your life for it be completely successful. Only bona fide BWRT practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and they adhere to a strict ethical code. You can find out more at https://www.bwrt-professionals.com.

‘BWRT®’ has its roots founded in neuroscience. It provides a way to safely and naturally rewire unwanted thoughts and reactions in our non-conscious reptilian brain – the ‘primal’ part of the brain that controls our heart rate, breathing, body temperature and balance. This ‘rewiring’ is extremely effective in changing negative thought processes and, as a result, our behaviour It goes beyond cognitive therapy and can help us achieve our goals in terms of boosting motivation, confidence and focus. BWRT is a logical, fast and effective therapy to help bring about positive and permanent change.
